The Title Clerk & Finance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to vehicle titling, finance, and administrative duties. Responsibilities

Title Processing
-
Prepare and process tax and title documents to transfer ownership of vehicles

Copy all titles and MSOs (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) for our records

Submit title documents to the electronic title processor

Verify that all funds have been collected and ensure accurate payment of any outstanding amounts
-
Send all deals for funding and monitor them until funding to ensure contracts in transit are within a reasonable timeframe

Review documents for accuracy and completeness

Register all new unit warranties
-
Check for any rebates with the sales desk
-
Deliver finalized deals to the Office Manager
-
File completed deals for easy retrieval

Finance Support
-
Submit loan applications when needed
-
Build loan applications with accurate customer information and pre-print closing documents

Monitor funding and troubleshoot any issues with unable-to-fund deals
-
Support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department in their absence

Submit and close loan deals as required

Administrative Tasks

Pull rebate invoices from all manufacturers

Post all rebates in LightSpeed accounting software
-
Verify that all rebates have been paid
-
Contact manufacturers for any outstanding rebate invoices

Run errands to counties and state offices as needed

Assist with floor plan audits

Qualifications
-
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A positive and professional demeanor.

Previous experience in the powersports industry is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Review and process vendor invoices related to major unit purchases
- Match invoices to purchase orders for major unit acquisitions
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices related to major unit sales
- Reconcile accounts payable for major unit purchases

General Ledger
- Prepare and post journal entries related to major unit sales and purchases
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures for major unit accounts
- Maintain general ledger accounts related to major unit transactions

Bank Reconciliations
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly, focusing on accounts related to major unit sales and purchases
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in major unit transactions

Sales Tax
- Prepare and file sales tax returns for major unit sales
- Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations for powersports vehicles, parts & accessories, and service

Qualifications

Job Title: Lot Tech
Job Description
A G-Force Lot Tech is the heart of our powersports store. We sell, repair, build, and store an incredible amount of powersports equipment throughout the year, and our lot techs are responsible for maintaining the dealerships ability to have units available, clean, and delivered in a professional manner. Our service and sales departments both rely on lot techs to move and manage large equipment such as boats, dirt bikes, side by sides, snowmobiles and more.
Main Responsibilities

Making sure the inventory looks clean and nice for customers to see

Demonstrate the proper use of equipment to customers as appropriate

Moving the inventory around when needed
-
Storing and Pulling inventory crates when needed
-
Checking the delivery schedule daily and making sure things get delivered on time

Helping out the Sales and Service managers with whatever they need

Keeping the store and outside area clean and looking good

Keeping things organized in the storage areas and using crates and other things to help with that

Follow all safety and compliance requirements

And of course, doing anything else the management team needs help with.
Qualifications

Job Description
Parts and Accessories specialists are the front line of customer interaction at G-Force Powersports. You will be responsible for greeting customers and assisting them as they shop and/or order parts. Do you love powersports? We carry the top brands in our industry and you will have the opportunity to learn about the latest and greatest technology and equipment for all powersports sectors. Our parts counter is intentionally located right in the middle of the sales floor so that you are only ever a short distance from customers with questions or in need of assistance.
Main Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers at the counter, assisting with parts and accessories sales, and taking orders.

Keep inventory of brand and aftermarket parts and maintenance products up-to-date by managing counter sales and ordering.

Help the Service and Sales teams by ordering and acquiring necessary parts and accessories for installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Greet every customer warmly and courteously.

Continuously strive to provide outstanding service to all customers.

Develop a strong understanding of all Parts and Accessories, as well as merchandise and parts history related to motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.
