Job Description:

Summary: A G-Force Lot Tech is the heart of our powersports store. We sell, repair, built, and store an incredible amount of powersports equipment throughout the year, and our lot techs are responsible for maintaining the dealerships ability to have units available, clean, and delivered in a professional manner. Our service and sales departments both rely on lot techs to move and manage large equipment such as boats, dirt bikes, side by sides, snowmobiles and more.

Here are some of the main things you'll be responsible for:

  • Making sure the inventory looks clean and nice for customers to see
  • Demonstrate the proper use of equipment to customers as appropriate
  • Moving the inventory around when needed
  • Storing and Pulling inventory crates when needed
  • Checking the delivery schedule daily and making sure things get delivered on time
  • Helping out the Sales and Service managers with whatever they need
  • Keeping the store and outside area clean and looking good
  • Keeping things organized in the storage areas and using crates and other things to help with that
  • Follow all safety and compliance requirements
  • And of course, doing anything else the management team needs help with.

Here are the qualifications you need:

  • You should be able to lift and push units without any trouble.
  • You must be able to do all the important tasks of this job really well.
  • You need to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • You should be able to effectively communicate with management and customers.
  • You should be able to reach, bend, twist, use hand tools, and lift things up to 70 pounds.
  • This job needs you to be physically fit and able to do all the important and physical tasks.

Parts Associate

Summary: Parts and Accessories specialists are the front line of customer interaction at G-Force Powersports. You will be responsible for greeting customers and assisting them as they shop and/or order parts. Do you love powersports? We carry the top brands in our industry and you will have the opportunity to learn about the latest and greatest technology and equipment for all powersports sectors. Our parts counter is intentionally located right in the middle of the sales floor so that you are only ever a short distance from customers with questions or in need of assistance.

Here are some of the main things you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers at the counter, assisting with parts and accessories sales, and taking orders.
  • Keep inventory of brand and aftermarket parts and maintenance products up-to-date by managing counter sales and ordering.
  • Help the Service and Sales teams by ordering and acquiring necessary parts and accessories for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Greet every customer warmly and courteously.
  • Continuously strive to provide outstanding service to all customers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all Parts and Accessories, as well as merchandise and parts history related to motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.
  • Ensure that telephone transactions are handled quickly and politely.
  • Inform customers of sales, specials, and new merchandise, and suggest additional products that may complement their purchase.
  • Assist customers in determining their Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogues to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient Parts and Accessories environment.
  • Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory counts and reports for all merchandise.
  • Ensure that merchandise displays are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
  • Become proficient with all aspects of the computer system required for P&A management.

Here are the qualifications you need:

  • Must be willing to provide excellent Customer Service, remain calm interacting with customers
  • Knowledge of Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Watercraft, Snowmobiles and other products sold by the dealership, and/or the desire to acquire training and experience related to our brands
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn
  • You must possess the ability to multi-task while serving customers and maintain customer satisfaction
